Stadium Seat People
   
Brene’ Brown says if you are willing to be in the stadium, getting your ass kicked every single day by learning new things and pushing yourself and sometimes failing, and those in the comfortable seats are not willing to be in the stadium, getting their ass kicked, then the stadium seaters have no right to comment or judge you.

Just FYI — I had a stadium seat person take me to task tonight, judging me about my training, saying that I couldn’t teach her or the rest of the staff anything that they didn’t already know and she and all of her co-workers would roll their eyes during my training.

This is someone who is THE best example I could ever find of sitting in her stadium seat her entire life without stepping foot into the arena.

I took the high road, picked up my purse, and Ted and I left. When I got home, I contacted the client and explained that it was not a good fit and cancelled the training. I offered to find them a replacement.

I have a high respect for the person who booked me so I told her that I would be happy to find a replacement but money would be the issue, since I reduced my fee considerably for the person who hired me because she has always supported me in everything I do.

So, when I find someone, I will train for that trainer’s client and give my fee to that trainer, so this client can have a highly qualified trainer and the trainer can get paid close to their normal fee.

Now that is how you succeed in the stadium!!!!!!!!  Attention seaters — don’t mess with me because I have your number and will take you to task!!!
